Inspection Comments | THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS STILL NEED TO BE CORRECTED SINCE THE LAST INSPECTIONS. 1. WALLS HAVE GREASE AND DEBRIS ON THEM BEHIND FRYERS AND STOVE. 2. INTERIOR OF FRYERS HAVE GREASE AND DEBRIS ON THEM. 3. CUTTING BOARD AT SALAD STATION HAS A LOT OF KNIFE GROOVES IN IT AND STILL NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. 4. CEILING TILES ARE STILL STAINED AND NEED TO BE REPLACED. 5. THERE IS NO HOT WATER IN THE MEN AND WOMEN'S RESTROOM. WILL NEED TO COME BACK IN 5 DAYS TO CHECK AND MAKE SURE THERE IS HOT WATER AT HAND SINK'S IN MEN'S AND WOMEN'S RESTROOM. |
